There was zero acknowledgment from the staff upon coming into the store this past week.
They didn’t even look our way, I can assure you we had intentions for the Peak A Boo bag but walked out after not being acknowledged-

The store was not busy and two associates were on their phone … poor service

stuff is amazing, great customer service. I purchased a coat with furry pockets from Milan and the pockets were defective. they were able to send it for repair and got it back like new (they even dry cleaned it).

On May 5, 2021, my husband purchased me the F is Fendi bracelet and earrings as a push present (For reference to how large I was - my due date was May 7 and I gave birth on May 8th). Since the store was empty, all of the associates were helping us out and all were very aware that I was due a few days later.

A few months later, I wore the bracelet to a wedding and it fell off of my wrist (luckily I found it). I went to the store in Short Hills to see if it was able to be resized and was told "I have no idea why you have a large, you should have a small. This bracelet is available in Small, Medium, and Large. Had you purchased this here, we would have definitely explained that to you and if it wasn't I would exchange it for you because clearly you are a small." When making this purchase, we were never made aware that this purchase came in different sizes-- we were just simply given the large. As a customer, I believe this to be completely unfair.

After being told this by the Short Hills associate, I attempted to contact the Rodeo Drive store and was routed to Corporate. I was told a case was created and that I'd be hearing back within 24-48 hours. Since I heard nothing over the course of a few days, I called back and a new case was filed on 1/27. I still to this day have never heard from the Rodeo Drive store.

Today, I went into the store physically now that we are back in LA. I spoke with the store manager, Robin, who was incredibly rude and condescending. I was told "It's not our job to communicate sizing to you" and that they never got anything from corporate and I was making this up. I was also told that this bracelet can be bent and reshaped. Brass cannot be bent without discoloring the product.

As a customer, I believe this to be completely unfair. I went into that store excited to become a new mother and feel that we were completely taken advantage of. A salesperson should take into consideration the fact that a pregnant woman's weight is obviously not going to remain at that level and swelling of the wrists will decrease.

I did follow up with corporate following my trip to the Rodeo Drive store today, and they said they still see in their system that there indeed was a claim filed and that the store just never responded. It seems that there are quite a few issues at that store in regards to customer service and responsiveness to corporate.

Archie was very friendly and helpful in bringing in multiple products in our size for try them on. He also suggested different clothes that we might like. We bought nice clothes and shoes from this store and had a good experience. I took one star out because the store had no AC at the men’s section, and we were sweating a lot.

Absolutely horrible service. I came there to buy some watch , the lady that kind of was”helping me” was rude and unprofessional. She was looking at her phone while talking with me and really didn’t feel like she is trying to help . The model of the watch wasn’t in the store , I showed the model that I want and ask her if she can order it for me , she said “you can order it” and was keeping checking her Instagram. Lol , ok thanks for telling me . They definitely need to train their people and make them be interested in sails.

I experienced the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. When I first brought my bag they could not find me in a system. Gabriella said that she will fix it and will call me when she will find me in a computer. I called the store l and left numerous messages for Gabriella and she never call me back. I emailed original documents for my bag and nobody ever responded me. A month later I came back to the store because I couldn't reach anybody nobody could help me -again they could not find me in the system even after I send them all the original documents. After two months I came back to the store again and the bag was not fixed. First they told me it takes six weeks. 3D month when I came back they told me it takes 12 weeks to fix it. Then I called 4th month they said it takes 16 weeks. I dropped off my bag December 3, 2015. I picked up my bag June 10, 2016. Their email is not working and people that work there never return their phone calls. when I asked employees please don't forget to tell in accessories section my friend will pick up my bag. No one was aware when my friend came.
