Prices are very high compared to other stores. Helpful employees and good product selection though. Visit out of convenience if necessary, but be prepared to pay high prices. v

I usually don’t write reviews but I just walked out of the store and I got the wrong hair dye I went back not even 10 minutes later and the guys accusing me of not changing it because they don’t do exchanges they should take that out of the receipt that says exchanges in within seven days because clearly everything they sell is not refundable Or exchangeable so they have to change the receipt another thing anyone can make the mistake i did & the spanish lady helped me but then she opens the dye and it was a bit squeezed but i told her if the dye is not open it can be exchanged i proved her wrong all i did was put it in my car drove 2 block drove back and they act like they just didn’t see me another thing i told her i got the wrong dye for my mom and she’s like your squeezed it and i’m like i live in Union City how will i get home in 5 min and come back within 10 min BAD SERVICE LAST TIME IM BUYING HERE ! MANAGEMENT SEEMS HORRIBLE FROM THE OTHER REVIEW Btw they tried to complain that the dye tube was dent a bit and the box clearly looks like it’s expire

Me(14)and my mother(dnf but over her 30s) entered the store earlier today and one of the workers kept following me and my African American mother. She kept an eye on us at all times faking writing down the amount of products for an excuse to follow us through aisles, she even gotten right in front of me while I was viewing a product to prevent me from doing so. She was an older woman of Asian descent and it was a different neighborhood so I get it, but there are a lot of African American in the neighborhood so I do not agree with the
treatment.

So I bought a kiss mascara from them and my eyelashes started falling out and the owner got nasty with me I wasn't trying to get my money back just letting him know the product sucks! I showed him my fallen lashes he told me I didn't apply it right! I'm a 70yr old professional makeup artist! I think I know how to apply my makeup! He got nasty I left before I tore the place up..don't go there they don't stand the products they sell

I drove 20 minutes because that was the only beauty supply open, I arrived at 8:14 it’s says they close at 8:30pm, when I try to enter the store it was already closed.. I explain to them that I came from far and that in google says that it was open, they said that the store closes in different times depending on the manager .. so stupid and unprofessional… NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I never write a review , but this time I had to…I will NEVER go back here again. The guy that works there is disgusting. He yelled in my face when I came in 20 min before they were supposed to close. (It says they close at 8PM both on Google and their door) The whole time I was in there , he was rushing me out and yelling at me and the other customer. I decided not to buy anything and never to support this business again. I’m a loyal customer, and I did not deserve to be yelled at. He needs to be fired .

I rarely give reviews but I cannot stand by a business that racially profiles it’s customers. My two friends were accused of stealing and the owner lady tried to block them from leaving the store after they paid for their products. She then proceeded to yell “stealers” as they walked to their car. Will never shop at this store again. Completely disgusted with this experience.
