Every single package is delivered wrong place & not following instructions. Then things get stolen & all is offered on the website is for the customer to "make sure address & delivery instructions are accurate for driver". I completely understand & sympathize when dealing with customers who order to apartment complexes or difficult adresses and expect outrageous service....But I am ordering to a HOUSE, just READ! I'm sick of uploading camera footage & hoping people find the thief's. You can't count on neighbors to look out for you, you can't count on delivery drivers to do their job, & the police get hundreds of these so what's the point. It's ridiculous. It's difficult to get what you pay for nowadays. These delivery drivers aren't affected so they will never care if we complain through Fedex. You'd think they'd pay more attention so they don't have to do extra work figuring out where to leave stuff, but they just toss it and go. Then it's getting stolen & that's it. Just spend thousands of dollars and then wait a month negotiation with companies for refunds.... and all I can do is google review

FedEx has been a disappointment and frustration for years. We have had several problems but this latest one has finally prompted a review. I have never been able to sign up for Delivery Manager because the system is always down, and it has apparently been down for three years because that's how long I have been periodically trying to access it. Today a shipment came to my elderly mother-in-law with a package that was very heavy--about helf her body weight--and I wanted to instruct the driver to ring the bell and place the package inside the front door for her. I called FedEx customer service, gave the tracking number, gave the delivery instructions, and was assured that the instructions would be followed. The package was just delivered and the driver rang the doorbell, got in her truck, and left. My mother-in-law was left to try and get the package indoors on her own. I will never, never use FedEx for my own personal shipping as anytime possible I will request packages from sellers be sent by literally anyone other than FedEx.

Fedex is absolutely worthless. If they have 1 package on truck for my business they won't deliver it. It's to far out for them to deliver. The tracking says. It's out for delivery. Then it says. Couldn't deliver it no one was home. Your delivering it to a business......

The saga continues! March 30, 2022 the delivery driver dropped my office chair at the wrong address. I called customer service and talked to a gentleman on the other end of the world. FedEx made no attempt to remedy the situation - I had to get assistance and remedy the situation myself.
Having said that, I ordered a very expensive recliner that was supposed to have been delivered on Oct. 17, 2022, between 9:05 AM and 3:00 PM. In order to prevent a repeat from last time, I sat in front of my place from noon until 5:45 PM, so I could keep and see if the truck was heading to the wrong address again or headed to my place.
At 5:45 PM I received the following email notification:
"We were unable to complete delivery...
We made a delivery attempt: 10/17/2022 05:13 PM. Customer Not Available."
BULL! I was sitting in front of my house!No FedEx vehicle showed up at this location!
I decided to have the shipment redirected to the FedEx Center inside the Walmart. Talked on the phone with the gentleman working the facility, Rosario. Very pleasant individual. He confirmed what I suspected... The packages would probably not arrive at his location until about 5:00 PM. Hey, as long as I receive them...
As I was writing this review, a FedEx panel van showed up at my front door, with only the bottom half of my recliner. No idea where the rest of it was. Even before he left, Rosario calls me at 12:38 PM, excited and apologetic, to inform me that the truck stopped by early, but only had one of the two boxes on the shipment Thank you Rosario for taking the time, caring, and initiative to call me promptly. You obviously take care pride in your work. The rest of the people involved in this fiasco, leave a lot to be desired. I'll strive to make sure that FedEx Home Delivery is never again responsible for delivering anything to my home ever again.
P.S. Fed Ex did this to me once before years ago, when they were supposed to deliver a book I ordered; and, they delivered it to the wrong address. They are 3 for 3 on my book. Ended having to get a refund on that one.

This facility routinely mark items as delivered, although they get delivered a day or two later. Trying to meet delivery deadlines and cheating the system? And on multiple occasions, I've had packages sit at this facility for DAYS without moving. I could have walked 40 miles to your facility and would have arrived back, gone through the warranty period of the item, and all still before you deliver my package at that rate. Currently, I'm waiting on a package that was put on a truck Friday, Dec 24th at 5am. Driver marked "business closed" as reason for no delivery. Sorry, I'm not a business, just a resident homeowner. It's been at that facility, keeps getting updated as "on vehicle for delivery" each day, but here we are, 4 days of "on vehicle for delivery" and still no packages. I've even gotten other packages delivered from this facility since then, but not the one that's apparently been on a truck for 5 days. The 1(800) number is no help, I asked to speak to the manager of this facility regarding the reoccurring problems, "their phone is new and we don't have the number" what a load of ****. I've left my number multiple times, always with a promise of being called back, and nope, I'm never called back. Keep this up and I'm sure there would be enough of us who could get an attorney for class action lawsuits demanding reimbursement for these online merchants where we pay a subscription fee for "2-day delivery" and almost every purchase turns out to be over a week until delivery or sometimes not delivered at all. I wish Amazon, Walmart, Sam's club, Target, and all other major online merchants used only UPS. In this area at least, they are always spot on and on time.

Our package was delivered to the wrong address & we can not get a hold of a real person, & the automated telephone service says "it was delivered" & hangs up on us.... My husband actually went INTO a FedEx location to see if that could be a way to remedy the situation. Talks to the girl behind the counter, all she can offer is for him to use the customer service phone there, so she dials a number & hands my husband the phone. He talks to a lady & tells her the situation... She says hold on, let me look into that for you, & is put on hold for 7 minutes!!! (She never came back) Then an automated voice comes on the phone asking to rate their service!!! With no other option than to leave a review!! He leaves his review & he is hung up on by the automated system.... He tells the girl behind the counter, & the only thing she can do is offer to call that same number back! O/10. Would Not recommend FedEx to anyone.
