To everyone upset about this business charging for receipts: C’mon! This business is ran by one man and his wife, they make only a couple dollars on most transactions like selling a post card or a few boxes. You have to understand this isn’t a corporate store, so they don’t get any funding from those big companies. When you ask them to take your shipment do you think they make any money? Of course they want to charge for the receipt! Because it costs money…. And you’re complaining over paying 50 cents? Who’s cheaper? The man trying to keep a business afloat or the man who can’t pay 50 cents to get a receipt? How much will you spend driving to the next place?
Next time you walk all in just imagine this being your neighbor and his wife running a business that makes pennies on the dollar.

Really bad customer service. Rude older gentleman that was unhelpful, sarcastic and condescending when I asked him simple questions. Also, he made fun of the box I brought in to ship my item.

Will not be returning.

The whole place had a stale and unpleasant smell. Very disorganized. All over there were signs indicating the price of the most basic services. I don't think I've ever seen this sort of business charge $1.00 to use their tape.

The older gentlemen running the store is extremely slow. Also this shop is not set up with the newest form of label printing via QR code given by FedEx. If you do not pre-print the label they will not help you. Instead of saying they do not have up to date equipment the older man said "FedEx does not do this". The shop is messy, unorganized and only good for drop off. He did not even offer a drop-off confirmation. Very dissatisfied

I had to drop off a box with a prepaid label and I asked for a receipt. The gentleman said "50 cents for a receipt". Luckily my husband who was in the car had the money I needed. I would like be using this location for any future transactions.

Our printer ran out of ink, so I had to pay $2 for a one sided color copy. I’m never making that mistake again, and if I do, I’m not going back here.
