Went to this store and grabbed a handful of clothes. Went to try them on and was told the dressing rooms were closed. I was told I could try them on at home and bring them back for an exchange. They will not do any returns. I opted not to buy any clothes! We have gone to several Q locations and all of them are the same. I asked one location why they won’t offer fitting rooms to customers and they said it’s their policy and there are no plans to open dressing rooms. Can’t use Covid as an excuse anymore. They said I can try the clothes on over my clothes out in the open. No thanks! Now that I know all locations run this way and they have no plans to open dressing rooms, I will never shop here. Who runs a clothing business without allowing customers to try on clothes or return them? It’s sketchy and seems unethical. I don’t know how this is even allowed. I do not recommend shopping here unless you are ok with their policy.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I know for the price I shouldn’t expect higher quality clothes but I purchased a pair of pants in my size took them home and when I put them on there was a rip all down the back. I went back a explained to the manager who barely spoke English what happened. She said “doesn’t matter if you wore them for 1 day or 1 minute, no exchange”. It just just mind blowing how businesses with this kind of poor customer service stay open.

Went in to look for some last min heels and was looked at and being watch like I was stealing only because I had a mcm backpack, please never returning to this store, went close by to see if I stealing didn’t even ask if I needed help, was not even greeted either at least fake your fixing something at lot better and ask if I need help

?DON'T SHOP HERE?. Horrible return policy. They are taking advantage of covid and not being able to try clothing before buying it. My daughter went shopping with her grandma and the clothes she bought (size small) was still to big for my daughter. We took the trip back and they wouldn't refund our money saying that we could get store credit only and buy something else from the store. I informed them that the sizes they have are still too big for my daughter so store credit would be useless. They shrugged and said that this was my only option.I tried to explain the flaw in their policy since you can't try on clothes before buying and pleaded my case. And they simply spoke to each other and turned to me and said I could get store credit. DON'T SHOP HERE.

This place is rediculous. My daughter bought an item, which she couldn't try on because the fitting rooms are closed. Tried it on in the bathroom. Immediately came back to return it. They wouldn't take it, with a receipt,all tags and packaging. Exchange Only. No signage indicating this policy.

Girlfriend and I went here to get summers clothes because just moved from Chicago. Largest size is Large, she has a larger chest so she needs an extra large. Return policy is the worst.

Highly disgusted at this place.... my family and I walked in with a stroller and the alarm went off, due to a MK, coach perfume and other high end belongings we have. No shopping bags. The OWNER of this "place" searched through all our belgings and on top of that threw our bags by the alarm . Disgusted at this place and I would never want to step foot here again. This is larceny, the "OWNER" did not ask simply took our belongings.
