Do not trust this place! I sold an authentic item through eBay. The authenticator (fashion logistics) stated it was miscategorized, but instead of shipping it back, it was still delivered to the buyer. Then the buyer made a claim through eBay that the item received was fake.

The buyer returned the item that was not the one originally sold. There is diffently questionable activity happening @Fashion Logistics.

Returned a package here for farfetch containing two dark brown Apparis coats. The package was accepted on January 16 by someone named "Zambrano." They opened the package, however they falsely claimed there was only one coat in the package, so I am now out over $300. Check your surveillance on who opens packages - seems you have a theft issue.

Very disappointed in this company. I purchased a bag from a popular luxury retailer who then used this company as their shipping warehouse. I also requested the item be gift wrapped. Instead, I received the item is a used, dirty, damaged gift box. Can't imagine paying that kind of money only to received a used box. Where is the quality control? What about COVID and basic hygiene? I reported the incident to the luxury retailer but figured I must leave a review of my experience. Hopefully the warehouse spends time correcting these types of issues with their staff1

I’ve had a horrible experience at their hasbrouk heights location. The dock master I believe, Juan Mendoza, is a very disgusting, disrespectful human being, while interacting with this individual, he proceeded to speak down towards me and show his power by HARRASING me with words. Juan cursed at me in Spanish and told me, verbatim “I can tell you and speak to you any way I want, you are a piece of shit”. They need to reevaluate their staff and appoint someone else to hold that position. That position is a first contact with B2B interaction. Juan may not be fit to build strong client or vendor opportunities. I will be contacting the HR department of Fashion Logistics to provide a complaint in regards to Mr. Mendoza, I hope this may be a lesson, on how to deal with other company reps. that take a STEP into 621 US Highway 46 W Hasbrouk Heights NJ 07604 location.
