This is not the first time that I have dealt with this lady being rude, I'd give zero stars if I could. The first time I experienced her I was going in later in the evening around 9 PM because I needed some cigarettes and a snack. I had to waited over 10 minutes for her to finish stocking whatever she was stocking and then as she came up and I asked for my cigarettes, she mumbled Jesus Christ under her breath or so she thought. I'm not sure but it definitely wasn't a whisper. I just stared at her and walked out without really much to say after paying because everybody has their bad days and I understand that. Now the second time that I went in was just today and all I was getting was milk. She was more polite to the gentleman in front of me but immediately as I walked up, her face dropped and she again looked like she didn't want to deal with me. I said hello, nothing. I handed her the cash to pay, she snatched it from my hand and was very animated in slapping open the cash register to get the change. I say thank after and again was ignored and she continues on with her converstation with the other young lady that works there. I should have just waited for the other cashier to be done to cash out. This isn't the first review that I've read of the older lady being rude to family express customers for no other reason then coming into a gas station to buy stuff like everyone does on a day to day basis. Family express in South Haven needs to do better when issues are brought to their attention.

I am so tired of the night worker… she needs to get a new job, she clearly doesn’t like interacting with people.. so customer service is not a fit for her!!! I understand people have bad days… however with her it’s EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!! She’s rude every single time I go there, it’s to the point I won’t stop if I see her car parked there ( I only know her car because she was smoking in it when I arrived and had to wait 10 minutes for her to come back in the store) I see SEVERAL bad reviews regarding her attitude & the way she treats customers dated a year ago & yet she’s still there!! I wish the family express off 149 was open till midnight!

Love the new hire Heather at the south haven store very friendly, always ready with a smile! Feel so welcome when I walk into this store! Great asset added to this store, would rather see her closing than the crabby one that always closes would stop more often at night if I felt welcomed !

Ever since Karen has been the main worker at this location she makes me want to go to the golo farther down the road. You can tell she doesnt wanna be there, she's always rude and makes it seem like the customers are inconviening her some how. I usually let it go but tonight was just unacceptable. Trying to pick a drink by the coolers she walks up and starts slamming doors and fidgeting with the drinks mumbling how its 10:30 and why people are in here at this time. So we choose our drinks and get to the counter and stand there waiting while she continues to slam stuff around across the store. There was no one else in the store but my bf and I. She makes her way up to the registor and you can feel the bad mood radiating off her. She was annoyed that our perks card wasnt scanning like it was our fault.. We go there multiple times a day and everytime she makes us feel like we're such an inconvenience. She obviously doesnt wanna be there, customer service is not for her.

They don't close till midnight. Showed up at 10pm parked out front the woman was mopping saw me and gave me a dirty look and threw the mop towards the cookie rack. I instantly reversed and went somewhere else. The red head night worker needs to go. I also have dashcam footage of this action as well. Once i get it uploaded ill post it and send to corporate

I went back inside because my drink was expired, and Odemarris went out of her way to find me a drink that wasn't. I hope the distributors take note of distributing expired products but again the staff here is super nice.

I went their last night 05/21/21 10 pm I usally allways get friendly staff I go up their every day to fill up my cup and to get gas when needed but the lady last night was rude had additude like she didnt wanna be their it's makeing me wanna go to another gas station it sucks because all the other girls r usally really nice.. if u don't like it job find another one that's all I gotta say I look at stuff like that when I go in
