Used to be a regular customer until the lady decided to be rude and disrespectful. Clearly she no longer wants to be doing what she has been doing but that doesn't mean you take your anger out on the customer. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing then when you come in and ask for more than just water. Never returning.

It’s a nice hidden gem, great customer service. Amazing authentic Mexican snacks. Love to come here! Must try their fresas con crema, no other like it! Don’t even get me started on the natural fruit drinks 🤤

Very rude service & there was hardly any flavor in my snow cone. As you can see from the pic's there's barely any snowcone syrup. Far from shaved ice.. Will not be going back.!

I wrote my original review 2 years ago. It said, "Fast friendly service, great prices." with 5 stars.

I think this place is under new management or ownership now. I don't even think it's called F & J Water anymore. The receipt I got texted to me last time had some different name on it. Either way, I've been going there for years and it was always a pleasant experience. The past few times - not so much. There's always a group of Hispanic women taking up the few tables and chairs they have by the door. I assume they're family since they range in age from very young to very old. The woman behind the counter sits with them and they all just stare at me sputtering in Spanish the whole time I'm filling my jugs up. They don't smile, or wave, or nod . . . they just watch. It's awkward. When I finish one of them will go around to the register while the rest continue staring. She doesn't smile or say a word, not even a thank you. I leave feeling like I just intruded on a family get together in a foreign country. Definitely not the "Friendly" service it used to be. Oh well, nothing lasts forever.

Super happy we found this place. I was able to get my raspado it's better than driving to PHX!!! Was filled to the top but I had to dig in!!!!
