I have been going to the eye doctor for 20 years and I have never had a more thorough exam than I received today. What a wonderful office. Dr. Mikitchenko was amazing and explained everything in depth. I’ve never had an eye doctor show the photos of my eyes and talk with me explaining each test and result. Sherry (receptionist) was wonderful as well. What a refreshing experience. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful office and look forward to coming back each year.

Dr Tanya is fantastic! She accepted our 9 month old Lena within a few hours with both eyes infected. After the right medication being prescribed, the infection was almost gone overnight! Dr Tanya knows how to work with kids, she is super friendly and professional, and I highly recommend her! We are so lucky to have such a doctor in town! Cheers Sparta!

I’ve had glasses for 20 years and been to different places and Eyedeal Eyecare the best place I’ve ever been too! The receptionist was wonderful with calling my insurance and going above and beyond with any questions I had. Dr. Tanya was absolutely amazing with my child and not only did she do every exam herself, she explained everything in detail and made sure we were understood what the process was moving forward with my child’s eye issues. Also, they had the best glasses selection I’ve seen in a while that’s trendy but not over the top! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

Took my son here after an awful visit at another office. The whole office was absolutely amazing. From the doctor to the front desk. With a child with special needs, i can not even have enough words to stress how wonderful the doctor was working with my little guy. Amazing!

It was my first appointment here and I believe I've found my family’s permanent eye doctor. I brought my 8-year-old daughter yesterday for her first comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Mikitchenko. She was very professional and explained every part of what would happen in a child-friendly fashion, answering all of our questions. She went above and beyond to make our appointment smooth. Friendly check-in, and I loved the modern state-of-the-art equipment. The office is beautiful and super clean and the staff is so polite. The location is excellent: on one of Sparta’s main avenues, super close to Reverend Brown School. I recommend it to anyone looking for a competent doctor for their eye care needs. I will definitely be returning!

I took my daughters for a regular eye checkup as first-time patients and the experience Was wonderful. Dr. Tanya was very knowledgeable, she explained the process to the girls. Front desk receptionist was very polite and sweet. Will definitely come back for my husband and myself next time.

EyeDeal Eyecare in Sparta, NJ, is absolutely wonderful. The office itself is clean and attractive, and the receptionist (Sherry) greeted me with a warm smile and cheery greeting.
The doctor herself was remarkable. She, too, was pleasant and friendly. More importantly, she took time explaining everything clearly, explaining the different aspects of the exam, and what they meant. She was very thorough, and I was impressed with the electronic equipment she used to look at all aspects of my eye health (photos of the interior of my eyeballs were remarkable, and she explained all the things she looks for). I wanted to get contacts, so she tried several versions to see which worked best for me, and was totally patient with me as I fumbled to get the contacts in my eyes.
All in all, I was immensely impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and patience of the doctor. I highly recommend this office!
