Love the location, very convenient. The person at the front desk was nice, nothing else to really say about that. Their rooms though are not the greatest, we got in our room and our bedsheets still had stuff on them, the bathroom door is really hard to shut, all of the light switches are in weird spots and I don’t even think one of them does anything, and eventhough it’s clearly stated a non smoking room it smells faintly of cigarettes and it’s bad enough that we had to light a candle all night just to get the smell away TEMPORARILY

So far this Extended Stay has been the best one we have stayed at yet. Staff member Mike has been one of the nicest and has helped out with anything we needed no questions asked. We have stayed at some bad extended stays and so far this one is the best! Rooms are large with all the needed necessities and amenities. Hotels get a bad rap sometimes. I mean people come into them expecting perfection and they don’t realize that hundreds of people and families come through these rooms each year and they don’t always leave them in the best conditions and the hotels usually do the best they can to help maintain them (well most hotels). As long as the room is clean and everything is in working order, I’m a happy camper! And so far this Extended Stay and that staff member Mike, has been more than accommodating.

My family has been staying at this location for almost a year and it has been the best hotel experience we have had in many many years. Mike has been here since first day of check in and he has been so friendly and so helpful anytime he is working and we need anything he is right on top of it. He always has a smile on his face and is always so kind to everyone. All the staff are friendly. Management Melissa is amazing she always has a smile on her face and you can tell she cares about her employees and her guests.

Hotel had great reviews and that was the reason why we booked it for one night. When we got to the hotel, the front desk had us do reviews right away. We got our key to our rooms (2 Rooms) One room smelled like cigarettes bad. Our room looked like someone tried to pry the door open. Even with the door being locked it would still open a bit. The front desk worker told us that it was them who had broke the door. Also they have permanent residents there. Didn’t feel safe at all so we got our refund and found a better hotel in a safer neighborhood

The room was not even in mediocre condition. Cigarette burns in the bathroom and sink area. One of two air conditioners barely worked. The fan in the bathroom was not working and the toilet was very wobbly. The kitchen was sticky and cabinets filthy inside. The shelves inside the refrigerator were broken.

I didn't feel particularly safe here. A little girl was walking around the property with a pit bull on a chain, that kept giving us the side eye. It had that seedy feeling to it, people hanging around outside at all hours, looking kind of sketchy. My son was reprimanded by one of the cleaning staff for not taking our trash to the dumpster. Last time I checked, that's literally what the cleaning staff is paid to do at a hotel. We've stayed at an Extended Stay America in the Tech Center before that was very nice, and we thought we were booking a room at the same place. This is most definitely not the same hotel.. somehow, this place is a dump in the middle of a really nice area of town. The only plus is that we could bring our dog and the fees were minimal.

Listen. This is the first hotel I’ve ever walked right out of after checking into my room. Immediately I was hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke and urine. When closing our door you could see light through the edges like it had been kicked in at one point. The shower was absolutely disgusting and the rest of the room was just absolutely filthy. I made it about ten minutes in the room and couldn’t stand it. The smell was just too strong. I asked the front desk woman for a refund and you could just tell this was not her first time she’s had to do this. I’m amazed that the company does not take actions after seeing all of the 1 star reviews online. The woman at the front desk was fast and kind. I felt bad for her. I recommend driving ten minutes past this place and pay a little more for your stay. Also!! Do not pay attention to the other 5 star reviews. These have got to be paid for. There’s just no way anyone in their right mind could be happy in these conditions.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel. We looked at SEVERAL different rooms at this hotel and every single one of them was either partially destroyed or smelled absolutely atrocious. None of the pull out couches were functional ever one of them we tried you would just slide off while sleeping. Every room we looked at as well had some kind of appliance or part of the room completely broken. Our room never got cleaned one time while we were here, our sheets never got changed, our towels never got changed, we never even had a worker come to our room unless they were asking us for money or complaining at us. Lots of extra fees that were never discussed when booking. Gang members are constantly out in the parking lot at night. We have never been treated so poorly by management and staff at a hotel in our life. Do yourselves a favor if you see this hotel has rooms available find somewhere else.

If i could give 0 stars i would!!!! When i arrived in the lobby around 9pm there was a woman who looked like she was on drugs begging for a room. Then once i received my room keys i went up to the second floor balcony and there were homeless people passed out probably from drug/ alcohol use on the concrete floor outside my room door. Opened the door and the room reeked of cigarettes and was dirty, all old non working appliances. Went back down to the lobby to discuss what was found and the lobby was locked down like fort Knox and the phone outside the door to get in touch with someone just repeated the same message over and over. I did not feel safe as a single female in Denver. Will not ever book here again and will not ever recommend this nasty disgusting place to anyone i love or care anything about.
