I scheduled an appointment for my 2018 ram 2500 6.7 cummins. I requested a closer look at the exaust system for a leak. I did so because I had already trouble shot the turbo. I knew it was not the problem and did not want to mess with the exaust manifold. My examination of the turbo under load proved no bearing sound or housing interference. Based on these things my analysis was no turbo issues. Soot on the inside of the hood was the best sign of an exaust leak. Expressway ignored my request and immediately went to the turbo. They removed the intake and found the same play as I did which is within allowable tolerance. In there words there was no shavings present from contact with the impeller but the best they could tell is the turbo needed replaced because of a bad bearings. They billed me a 160 dollars for their findings and a $8500 quote to replace the turbo.
As a mechanic myself, I looked into the exaust system and I found the exaust leak and fixed it for 13 dollars at napa. See attach picture.

These guys are great at what they do, from professional repair work to excellent customer service! They listen to their customers needs, as well as explain what may need to be replaced soon and what they can’t fix. Reasonable prices. Military discount. This was my first time here and it was a great experience. They got to my car when they said they would and got it done quick. It was even cheaper than was quoted. When does that ever happen!?!?

I love these guys and they never let me down! Got my winter tires ordered and installed through Expressway Auto and they even managed to squeeze in a last minute oil change. Plus they support the local community and youth sports! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Randomly stopped here without an appointment because there was a loud noice coming from my drivers side front tire. They stated they were closed for lunch and had no openings but still made the time to look at my tire. And good thing they did! My lug nuts were not tight and my tire was close to falling off! Huge safety issue diverted because of Expressway Auto!! These guys are wonderful!!
