I came in to get shirts for my brothers football game and was greeted by Kendall. He told me that he owned the store. He assured me that my shirts would be ready by 4pm. When I arrived the next day, I was told that the shirts were not ready by who I am assuming is the manager of the shop. She then told me that I should have paid for same day printing and then only offered to give a 50% refund. I was never told by Kendall this information prior to ordering but he had no problem taking my almost 200 dollars. This was extremely disappointing because it was my brothers senior night. I will not be utilizing this company again.

The worst custumer service, the worst black business owner ever. How are you mad because I am simply asking you about your price difference? I live in the community , I am trying to tell her we came last month we’ll be back next month again, she had the nerve to tell me I’m manipulating her. The truth bother her so much she told me to get out of her store!!!! Mind you I placed and paid the order inside the store with her instructions. But arguing and comparing other business when all I ask you was!!! I placed that same order last month before for $78 now it’s $89 dollar.
If you care about keeping your business door open, wouldn’t you be more delicates telling your custumer why the price went up.

Black business do better!! Yes it is another source of money but there’s more to it! A very old light skin women who could be my mother let her emotions goes through her head and start shouting infront of employees by employee mostly young ppl! What kind of example are you really setting, they working with you today but tomorrow they’ll have their own business. When will the damn circle break?

Business classes are very much affordable, let’s put these money we’re getting to work chile!! You are simply ghetto! I would’ve never asked Walmart all these questions because they invest in marketing in order for the mass to be aware of their price being change and diff season. This mess of a front desk you have barely have clear instructions on how to place the order! Don’t get me wrong I am from the Caribbean I have an accent but Doing business with everyone require clear communication and also clear pronounciation. Like I said you could’ve of been my mother. My intentions was never to disrespect my elder!! But for you to come back and lying instead of holding your self accountable and see where the lack of professionalism is coming from then, your door will stay open for business but it’ll be a struggle and long days everyday for you! Good luck and I wish you a peaceful and better custumer service.
Maybe the clock is ticking for retirement, emotions all over the place will be fumbling the bags sis!!

Called and immediately was greeted with great customer service! Answered all questions and concerns and was able to assist with my order same day! I provided the idea and they brought it out on the shirts ! They were made perfectly! Definitely will be going back and highly recommend!!

I placed an order for shirts and a tablecloth for an event. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that it was incorrect. I promptly brought this to the attention of the establishment, and they requested that I return in two hours. However, upon my return, they are now refusing to provide me with the correct products or issue a refund.

They had them made within the same day and it came out great. Thank you so much for making my proposal a memorable one. Would not have been complete without your last minute custom jerseys for us!!
