Sean, Sabrina, CJ, David and Alan. Went in for an oil change these guys changed my whole day. What an experience; my lights were out on my car. CJ was like we will fix em free. He meant they will, his team members; these guys stepped right in and changed my lights. They cared to do it. This world has changed but not that good ole southern way of helping one another at Express oil change in Rainbow city. These folks went beyond good customer service. It was like making sure family was safe on the road. Whoever is ready this, you better get to Express oil change if you want folks to care about the service they are offering to you. Express oil, 2024. Got my vote!!!

So me and my family were passing through on our way to the beach and all of sudden our car started making grinding noises from the brakes. Long story short a bolt from one of my calipers fell out because Ford didn't tighten it when they last serviced it and my caliper started to come off grinding my inner wheel. This was on a Saturday and no other shops were open but they immediately took me in and found the problem and fixed it very quickly. Adam and David were a god send. True professionals. Got us up and running in under an hour. They didn't charge us much of anything too.

These guys are great! From out of state and got a wobble in my truck. They were quick, informative and very friendly. Love a shop that communicates and shows you what's going on.

All I got to say is don't go there. I took my 2019 Honda Fit there because I had a screw in a tire on front in the middle of the tire and the old man gonna tell me you need 4 new tires and I told there ain't no way as matter of fact the 2on front were only two years old because I had hit a piece of something that put a hole in the tire and insurance towed it to Tameron and there suggestion was put new on front and I bought 2 they were placed on front. Long story short I went to Goodyear for a second opinion and was told all your tires are still good tread wise we can patch on inside tire like you want for 25 dollars. Thank you Good Year Tire for being honest.

I always have great experiences at this location! I’ve had several oil changes done here as well as other work done on my car. Today I had 3 different lights that were out and Adam was happy to help me out (and at no charge) with getting them changed for me. He was super friendly and efficient! Thank you Adam!!

Avoid this place at all cost or it will cost you extra. They charged for a rotation they did not do and windshield wipers they did not replace. when asked to remove the charge they refused saying it was required. For service not performed! They charged $218 for a simple oil change nothing else! This was on a ram City van 4cyl. Not like it takes extra oil.! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Second location to charge for things not needed. Integrity is definitely not standard, ripoff and highway robbery is.
