I've been to the executive village twice, both times for blood work at CPL. Easy to get to from Executive or Mesa heading west. Mesa going to downtown can be another story. You'll be playing Russian roulette with cars to try and find a gap to do a U Turn during bust hours.

The CPL (laboratory) was convenient for lab work. They were friendly, skilled, efficient, and gentle in obtaining lab specimens (in my case blood). They were able to take my payment for a previous copay for a location that was a station for obtaining specimens at a physician's office. They were also able to have an additional copy of the results sent to the primary care physician as well as the ordering physician.
