We came to Exchange Place looking for help finding our townhome, although their team is commercial they connected me with an agent who could help with my specific team. They are a family owned business with an incredible story, any business would be lucky to work with them!

The Realtor was supposed to show up but sent an associate non licensed to show the place, professionally should have received a call to say they are busy, we are professionals and try hard to treat my clients the same way, this interaction was unprofessional, had the feel that I wasn't important, just kicking tires, if you only knew? Next time if you cant make it call or have someone call, i would have understanded. Overall poor experience
