I found Adam through Yelp, seeking service for my older Kenmore electric dryer. I selected Exceptional Appliance mainly because his promo states he is just starting his business this Year. Adam responded timely and was able to come the next day. He arrived on time, took the extra effort to call and tell me when he was on the way. The service was done promptly and the pricing was better than expected. He ordered the parts (an old dryer) and they arrived as he told me they would.

Adam is a genuine nice person, a family man. I highly recommend him, and. Exceptional Appliance for any appliance service needs you may nave.

I was very skeptical about repairing the appliance, was ready to go buy a new one. But I wanted to give it a try. First scheduled with sears home repairs because Kenmore is their brand, but they were not available for another week, and not having a refrigerator for a week is not an option. So I used the yelp tool which was very continent, and response from the vendor came in in 10 min. Spoke with Adam on the phone, who was very upfront about potential costs of repair, but still decided to with diagnostics. He was at our home the next mourning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it the following day. Thank you very much for that. Highly recommended, Professional, up front, great work ethic, on time.
