I love this place. Mother and son and they are at the farmers Market at Luther Burbank every Saturday and also do deliveries. I recently took a trip for 3 weeks-took my week old micro greens with me in my RV. Ate them on the trip and when I returned home what I had left was still good and fresh. The shelf life is great.
