My initial encounter with Andy was great and he told me all the things I wanted to hear. I was flat out honest with him about my credit score and where I stand. He promised me the world and made everything sound like it was going to be and what would possibly be asked of me due to my situation. That left a bad taste in my mouth but i realized it wouldnt be him I would be dealing with once everything is said and done. When I met Rene I loved her.. she was genuine, fast at responding, efficient and if she didnt know she said would verify and get back to me which made me have trust towards her. She made me feel like she really was trying to help me. Fast forward I dealt with Robin and boy it just kept getting better. Hes really good at what he does. Coming from an insurance industry of 10 years very hard to find people like them two and if i had met them earlier it wouldve sealed the deal quicker because I didnt care for Andy. What made me sign was because I explored all my options and this fit me best but know that it was nothing he did to change my mind in fact I was so upset with him my advisor ended up dealing with him. I hope this gets to the person that needs to hear this and recognition of some sort is given to these two because they are fabulous at what they do and they take pride in their job.
