We absolutely love the epicenter for all life events; birthdays, graduations, date night or just a casual afternoon. We love walking around and finding and checking out new places. It makes the experience so memorable for me and the party I’m with. Lots of memories have been made at the epicenter

Epicenter Agritopia is the ultimate community vibe! Living here in the area is a blast. I love hitting cycle class at The Collective before grabbing a coffee and locally baked pastry at Peixoto. After my son's basketball games, it's Air Guitar for sushi and slushies. And I can't forget how fun bingo is at the Beer Barn or a "trip on the high seas" at Undertow. Plus, there are so many fantastic dining options, and the retail spots are a fun find every time- especially Why I Love Where I Live. It's more than just a place to live; it's a whole lifestyle! If you want a community that rocks, Epicenter Agritopia is it!

The Epicenter at Agritopia is of my favorite hidden gems of Gilbert. All the cute , unique stores, yummy places to eat and fun and inviting vibe makes it a great place to visit for any reason. We love getting treats and seeing what’s new at Air Guitar and love love love Why I Love Where I Live for adorable Made in Gilbert gifts!

While The Epicenter offers a stunning living environment with top-notch amenities, my experience as a resident has been overshadowed by persistent noise disturbances from late-night pressure washing activities. Despite my love for the property, the lack of responsiveness from management in addressing these concerns has been disheartening. As a resident who values both the community and respectful communication, I've found it challenging to effectively convey my concerns about the disruptions caused by the pressure washing. Despite my attempts to reach out, I haven't been able to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

I believe in the potential of The Epicenter to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for all residents. However, I hope that Epicenter management will take proactive steps to address noise disturbances promptly and improve communication channels to ensure that resident concerns are heard and addressed in a timely manner.

The Epicenter in Gilbert Arizona is one of the most amazing places you could ever go to! They have everything from breakfast/lunch/dinner to home/personal goods! No matter what you are looking for they have a little bit of everything! From my experience working at Urbana to working with Wylde salon, the epicenter has done nothing but bring me amazing experiences. The community is like a family, they are so welcoming/ loving to everyone they meet. You guys are all awesome!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. First, the vibe of the whole Epicenter is incredible and somewhere I try to find any reason to spend my time at. Each restaurant is top quality and amazing. There is a food option for everyone and for every craving. I love just walking around, shopping, meeting friends and family to eat, and even exercising here. Not to mention The Tyler seems incredible and somewhere I would sell my house to live at. I LOVVVVEEE THE EPICENTER ?
