I will give envy us the benefit of the doubt and say today was an off day. They do have a decent selection of shoes both used and new. And in the past I’ve been able to buy good shoes. And make good deals. However that’s not the case today, how do you expect to stay in business the way you keep that inventory. They have USED shoe inventory that’s dirty and over priced. If you’r gonna re sell used kicks clean them before you sell them at the very least. I get it they are used but dirty soles, laces, and uppers with stains. And charging damn near retail prices is crazy. If they were cleaned up they could maybe justify prices on some of them. However the new shoes are just as questionable with pricing. For example they had some Jordan 4 Thunders($350) brand new. I had a pair of brand new thunders I was looking to trade or sell. They offer me retail($210) cash out or ($230) for store credit for a shoe that sells for avg at $280 currently.And they want to charge $350?! That’s $140 over charge on shoes that don’t sell at that price! You are out of your gourd charging that much. Especially being a repeat customer, definitely think the shop lost its touch and going down the drains. I’ll sell online and get more money and less hassle.

The Best In The City Is An Understatement These Gentlemen Are Paving The Way For Locals Whom Wish To Exchange Their Old Sneakers And Attire For $ Or Store Credit To Redeem New Items. Everything Is Fairly Priced And The Customer Service Is Superb. I Would Recommend This Shop To Anyone That Will Listen. Keep Up The Great Job.

Great store for shoes! I took my 14 year old son to 4 stores in Edison Mall looking for nice sneakers for school. No luck..until we found this store. He got a great price on gently used Nike's and loves them, they look almost brand new. We will definitely go back.

Horrible customer service from an employee . Do note the owner was not there at time. However, employee there offered insulting pricing on almost all my retros. Come here if you willing to pay way over stockx prices for used kicks.Don't get me wrong they got some heat inside store, just way too taxed on their used pairs

Ok, ok, I so I went back and read some reviews and I'm gonna go ahead and give you MY REVIEW of EnvyUs Kicks!! This place has an AMAZING SELECTION of kicks that range from (Hard to hit on raffle pairs to You'll never get a chance to see anywhere else) so with that being said I think these guys are EXTREMELY FAIR when it comes to BUYING kicks from anyone off the street or off one of there MANY EASY to use PLATFORMS and are JUST AS FAIR SELLING there always up to date priced amazing sneaker stock!! So when it comes to there CUSTOMER SERVICE I believe it's FAIR NEGOTIATING, LAID BACK, and UNDERSTANDING!! So take my word for it I have 300+ pairs of kicks and truly believe EnvyUs is where it's at!!

amazing people. great selection, a way to get rid of stuff without hassle of trying to sell online. ebay takes soooo much in fees, way easier to trade in here.
