I stopped in with a few friends, one who was picking up her ring from getting cleaned. While we were waiting, Kim and Annalise offered to take to all of our rings back to clean as well. The jeweler, Marcos, inspected our prongs and did an excellent job. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful. They truly care about their work and their customers!

I had the most amazing experience at Emerson Fine Jewelry! My grandma had a beautiful, gold, heart shaped necklace with the letter “E” inscribed on the front representing her mother’s name, Ella. My daughter recently got married (and as I named her after her great great grandma Ella), Emerson was able to make the necklace into a beautiful bracelet for her to wear on her wedding day! Just stunning! So grateful for their intuitive in depth questions and the time they took to understand my vision for the bracelet.

Emerson Fine Jewelry treated me with nothing less than the best service! The owner helped me out personally with everything. I was able to get the most beautiful Tiffany and Co. engagement ring and they made sure to get it done as soon as they could. They told me they normally take 2 weeks on orders but they did mine in a week and a half and also got it done a day earlier than I expected. I will definitely be using them for my wedding bands! I experienced excellent customer service through email and phone communication prior to our visit, and also in-person at the store. Annaliese was helpful in presenting and advising me on Van Craeynest options, the store manager presented a reasonable trade-in offer, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet the bench jeweler and see the antique Van Craeynest machinery, tools, and casts still in use. Additionally, we received complimentary ring cleaning.Thanks to the Emerson Team for the customized care and for keeping the die-struck and hand crafting old-world traditions alive. Had my wife’s ring repaired here. Their repair and was not up to their standards nor mine. They kept it a little longer and repaired at no charge. Then offered a discount off the original repair. They truly went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. Will definitely go back.

We looked up some jewelry stores in order to get a ring repaired. We went to Emerson Fine jewelry store in Redlands. The staff there were friendly, knowledgeable great at giving us choices to repair the ring. We let them fix it and when it was finished we were quite pleased. We took 2 more rings in,one to have a new stone put in and one to be resized. They fixed them and once again we were pleased with the results. We are on our way again to have another ring resized. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of jewelry or pieces to be repaired.

We brought in my daughter’s butterfly pendant for repair, as one of the wings had come out of the setting. We were able to pick it up the same day! The repair person even secured the other wing, all for less than we expected to pay.
