I called to inquire about their protocols and prices. Spoke to Elliot asking if he accepted walk-ins or by appointment only. He said appointment is best. I showed up on time noticing someone else in his chair. I waited over 30mins before leaving. Why agree on an appointment with a potential new client, then not honor it? First impressions are everything and this is NOT a good first impression.

Elliot is such a great guy... Hes just the best with my kids. He gets to know all his clients. He makes a simple haircut a whole fun experience. Anyone who walks through the door is welcome and treated like they been coming here for years.

I brought my son in who’s 20 months old for a basic kids cut, 3 on the sides and scissor the top. The owner was amazing with him, however the haircut was rushed and botched. Initially everything looked good in the lighting. I got home, washed his hair and noticed the owner cut his hair uneven. If he took his time and went over everything like a barber is suppose to do the haircut would have came out better and he would have gained a returning customer, but you live and you learn.

I've lived in the surrounding area for over 20 years. This is by far one of the top barber shops I've been to. Definitely one of the best haircuts I've had in at least 2 years. I'll definitely be going back.

Elliot’s is the best shop in town, I walked in his shop 2 years ago for the first time, Now I’m in the chair once a month. I won’t get my hair cut anywhere else in ocean county. Great shave, great hair cut, comfortable atmosphere. He does an amazing job every time.

Lady’s, he even cuts women’s hair too, he cut my fiancés hair and did an amazing job, she loved it.

10/10 would recommend!

Elliot was a cool dude! First time ever going there and definitely will go again. Efficient, first time in a while got the exact kind of cut i wanted. Asked for Trim, slight fade on sides and clean up bulk on back. Got exacty that and didn’t cut too much off like some barbers do. Will go again monthly.

I've went to this guy before and he did a decent job took my kid there a week ago cut his hair great we normally drive 2 hours up north to get our hair cut went there this week figuring I didn't have to drive 2 hours up north to get a halfway decent cut only to get butchered up worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life Stevie Wonder could have done a better job and charged me $50 could have cut my hair better blindfolded by myself absolutely no fade borderline mullet
