Thorough, polite, and a great conversation!
Will Cousins of Elite Inspection Services was the inspector we had hoped for.
Will was on time and clean cut w a great attitude. Will guided us into the unknown with an eagle eye! Whether it is electrical, structure, or drainage issues, all the pros and cons were pointed out to us.
This gentleman has extreme knowledge in home quality and right and wrong with craftsmanship.
The follow up report was extremely thorough and well done. Will’s report saved us quite a bit of money on negotiating for our new home. It is the hidden stuff that he can see.

Will is pleasant to work with but more importantly great at his work. From getting down into crawl spaces to examining the roof, he is extremely thorough. He takes time to point out problems and answer any questions. His report is impressive with lots of detail including photos and recommendations. Incredibly good experience dealing with Will and Elite Inspection Services. I called to book an inspection and Will took my call while in a crawlspace during an inspection! I had a roof and attic inspection done by Will to assess water intrusion which was covered in detail showing a few areas of concern. He then offered several possible remedies which was a big help along with providing a thorough report. Will came out to do an inspection for a home that we were looking to purchase. He responded quickly to the request and came out the very next day.

He was extremely thorough in his inspection and review of the home. He left no stone unturned as he worked through the home over several hours that afternoon. Upon his final review he sent us a full in spection. It was approximately 70 pages of information that included many pictures as well as marks ups in terms of if things were acceptable, mid range or an issue and suggested repair. He left plenty of guidance notes to help us know what repair was needed, why and how.

Not only did he provide the service of the inspection and the report but he also helped us afterwards with further questions and guidance. We appreciate the service and guidance that he provided.

I would highly recommend his company not only for the inspection and purchase of a new home but also for the inspection of any existing home that has aged and you feel that you may need many repairs. His full report was so helpful and I believe anyone could benefit from the advice.
