Elevate State is a place to get ur goodies, "goodies," if you know what I mean. So items are way more pricey than other places, however, they do have some good deals sometimes on flower 1g joints. BUT I honestly don't mind the higher prices since it is super convenient, fast, friendly service, patient with me always. N always always they get business since they have two close locations within each other (I've heard the one in the heart of Bernalillo --not the one across from the Santa Ana Casino -- has better prices. But eh. The gas going there, vise versa it is the same. BUT let me tell you the one across Santa Ana doesn't have ANY wait time. Be prepared to have ID on you at check-out. They take cash and card. No trades or take backs as any other Smoke Shop. I have not tried much there but have been wanting too. Thinking of seeing if I could get a job maybe there too. Small simple clean organized bright store unlike so many others smoke shops I've been too. Also, only seen men working which is totally fine! ..but not for too long. They waited on me before then gave up (not being rude) but I lost my id n couldn't find it so I just accepted the fact that I couldn't go in n get what I wanted
I wonder if I could of shown my id on my phone. .... Oh guess what, after they were closed n left (my fault 100%) I found my stupid id,,,,, guess where
.?!!?! Under my dog. Sneaky little guy, but dogs do sense n protect, guess he didn't want me to get the goodies. Lol

This place is non professional. I went in today because I had purchased 2 butane torches from this location and both of them had stopped working. Instead of being helped in this situation I was ridiculed instead. The man in the picture told me that I had completely manhandled the torches and basically said the reason they didn't work was my fault. He also told me that the torches weren't purchased from this location, at this point I felt very belittled. Countless times I tried explaining to him that the torches were purchased at this location. But of course, he insisted that everything was my fault at this point. I ended up leaving the torches at this location and leaving in a bad mood. This man did not handle this encounter professional whatsoever. I would highly suggest shopping somewhere else instead of wasting your hard earned money here. Do not shop at this location, there are far more better options in Bernalillo.

Sold me a vape that hit only 5 times and refused to swap it out. Had proof that it was brand new, the juice level was full and it was fully charged. We weren’t gone for more than 5 minutes.

I was told they were the cheapest in town. Not true. Small selection. But at least they seem to be small owned. If so I'll continue to take my business there
