My son has been in 2 quinceaneras that have used this boutique and both times the outfits were not ready timely. The first one was dirty, the second one didn't fit. Roxana contracts out for the tuxes and Lupita has been late twice now. I ended up having to go buy long sleeved shirts and asked for a partial refund. She said she would honor this. The dresses have been beautiful.

Absolutely terrible service!!!! I have a few different friends ds and family who have went to her and 3 didn't get the order they placed and she ended up blocking them on all contact platforms. The other 2 got a dress that looked NOTHING like what they asked or paid for. It looked like they went straight to Mexico and had it sewn in a ally for a cheaper price then brought back and sold to them. She didn't use any of the expensive material that they BOUGHT and brought to her so all she had to do was the labor not pay for any material and she still gave them a dress different from what they asked for. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOOOOOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS LOW LIFE SCAM ARTIST.

I’m not sure how this sorry of a so called business lady is STILL in business when she constantly lies and steals from her customers. She told me she would refund my dress and give it to me at no cost HOWEVER she never delivered on the dress and I STILL do not have my money! We made complaints with the BBB and nothing has happened which is extremely frustrating bc she continues to fail at her so called job.

This place is a scam!! I had posted to warn people about this place and my post was removed. Roxanne had me pay in full for a "package" I was left with a dress the wrong color, no butterflies and flowers we did not want. No hoodie, no crown, no mother dress, no bear, no book, no cake knife. I had to take the dress somewhere else to help fix it because she gave me excuses until the last minute before the sweet 16. I did file a complaint to the BBB.

This scammer decided to take down my review so I’ll write it again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We went there to get my sisters quince dress when we first approached her she was very sweet and convinced us on the price and everything, come to find out she's such a scammer!! My mom would struggle so much to have contact with her we would have to be driving to the store just so she can talk to us even then she would never give us a direct answer or show us any progress that she was doing. We had to get the cops involved and they finally gave her a date that she had to give us all of the stuff. We struggled so much so please don't go with this women she will make your quince so stressful!
