This place has most of the essentials. It’s clean and has fast checkouts. The problem on some items are the prices because at one point it seemed it was price gouging certain items. Be on the lookout on the screen when checking out. Ask for the receipt every time.

This store is clean, well stocked, friendly and has everything you would expect them to have. The handicap parking is in a good location and of an appropriate size. The only registers are not wheelchair accessible as they have a iron rod handrail separating register lanes and this is narrower than 36 inches. This is why it is 4 of 5 instead of 5 stars.

El Sol Market redesigned their store since I shopped there last. The prices were reasonable or at least typical for what I purchased. Conveniently located off 4th street made it easy to get to as well.

I've been going here since childhood and over the years they've made improvements here and there to the aesthetics of the market, as well as to the variety of food items wanted. It's small, so you can't get lost either, which also means you'll find things a bit more easily. Overall, a good quick go-to for grocery runs.

The best carne asada in Imperial Valley! Their meat selection is freshly marinated and ready to grill. I added some fresh made guacamole, salsas, and cold beer. I will keep coming back for more!
