A couple thrift stores, Mexican bakery, liquor store, pizza place, barber shop, flower stand, Foster's Freeze (cash only), recycle business and 7/11 on the corner (sells gas).

Veteran's Thrift store. A Mexican Bakery, Liquor/Pizza store, and a Foster's Freeze in this older mall. I have found many Treasures at the Thrift store. The Foster's has old-fashioned soft-serve ice cream cones and sundaes.

Went there to recycle my bottles and cans.
The shopping is thrift stores, a Pizza place, a liquor store and I'm not sure what else.
There is a flower shop in the parking lot.
And the recycling center. Close to home so I prefer going there.

Got hit by a drunk driver that was coming from the bar. He did not stop coming out of the center, he hit us and my car was totalled. It was a Sunday at 4:30 in the afternoon. Also the entrances on Elkelton are very steep and scrapes the bottom of your car.
