Likewise with Parts Department Mr. Robert Jamera, he ordered my Honda Pilot 2010 parts with no hesitation and made inquiry with the Service Advisor. Mr.Jeric Vergara for installation appointment. We didn't have a scheduled appointment but the lady at the front desk (who I unfortunately did not get the name of) was able to get us a person to assist us immediately. We were fortunately paired up with Silvia who is super sweet and very easy to talk to. My mom and I were shopping around at different dealerships but none of the salespeople compared to Silvia and the hospitality that she showed us.
