Stopped in today because I usually have a great experience at Ace Hardware stores. However, the service at checkout was less than satisfactory. The cashiers seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to complete my transaction. The cashier that helped me (I believe her name was Tina) barely even acknowledged me and was on her phone while I was waiting in line. All around very unprofessional.
On the plus side, the salesmen on the floor were very helpful and attentive. I think Ramon was the name of the young man that offered me assistance, and he made sure to answer all my questions and ensure I had exactly what I needed.

Followed around the store by multiple associates including the assistant store manager while looking for washers and bolts.

Submitted a request to speak to a company representative that went unanswered. Will just be avoiding the chain.

Was there yesterday, needed help but there was only one worker helping 4 people rushing around.
Saw the manager Hector just standing around not doing a single thing to help him. Rethinking of shopping there again

I love shopping at Ace. Always so clean and pleasantly quiet for a hardware store. I especially enjoy my favorite employee there and his name is Vaughn Garcia. Thanks for all your help young man. He never complains about anything I need to know about. He's very helpful in his department.

I been in there twice.If I lived there I would shop there,their nice people and helpful.But ace hard wear is not cheap,get ur check book out you'll need it...good day people.

Their prices run from average to higher-end however they definitely had the best customer service and a varied stock. It was easy enough to find an employee and ask them for assistance. The employee that helped me didn't seem bothered and had excellent customer service. He loaded heavy items into my vehicle without any issues. I've gone to Home Depot and had terrible customer service I definitely recommend Ace hardware over Home Depot.

I was pleasantly surprised with the store. I haven't been to an ACE since I was younger, but I remember the employees all being nice. I can definitely say that hasn't changed. An very sweet older gentleman helped us pick out the right tools to cut a lock, that I lost the key to. He even went over voltage and best suited extension chords.
Plus my sister-in-laws loved looking at chickens, their pens were very clean too!

Store is nice and clean compared to others but their WEBSITE needs work. Searched for Kennels ( as in dog kennels ), and it was showing me Milwaukee Pack Outs ( tools )..
