I went to collect 2 parcels. The lady asked me if I could pick up my parcel the same day in the future as she doesn’t have space for them. She then proceeded to refuse to give me 1 parcel as it hadn’t been scanned in. She made me wait in the shop for 20 minutes until the email came through. I explained to her I wasn’t happy waiting 20 minutes as not scanning the item was the shops wrongdoing. She told me actually it isn’t her fault as she wasn’t working. I told her I understood this but there needs to be better service/communication with staff. She said as a customer I must cooperate with the shop - I reminded her the parcel not been scanned in wasn’t my wrongdoing, in fact whoever didn’t scan it in earlier in the day. Though annoyed, I kept calm whilst explaining my point and the lady proceeded to raise her voice at me. I asked her not to shout at me. Absolutely awful customer service. Upon my dismay she said “just go to another shop next time then”. I don’t think I’ve ever been spoken to so rudely. I have taken this further and reported the store to Yodel as I know someone who works in Yodel’s head office. If they don’t have room for parcels and are unable to scan parcels in correctly, Yodel shouldn’t be using this store.

No etiquette, very upset while dealing I tried twice to get my yodel parcel but shop keeper is unable to find my parcel which was delivered at shop for sure, he is not reliable….😡

Friendly staff and great customer service.
I've not found a shop this good outside of London, they've got everything and loads of stuff I never even knew existed!
Will definitely be back next time

Superb shop now under new ownership. Friendly helpful staff. Always got plenty of stock. This shop has come on leaps and bounds. I use it on a regular basis.
