When i got home I noticed how poor of a job they did on the installation that was done a day before Hurricane Milton. The condenser was left crooked with rocks they found on the street to level it . The Air Handler drain was left unglued which caused major water damage to the ceiling " which no one was able to come back out after the storm". On top of all of this they decided to leave the old unit with all the mess in the attic . I will never recommend or use this company for any HVAC or other business.

This was our second time getting serviced by E&G. Eitan Ganz was our technician and did a phenomenal job on our AC unit. He went above and beyond in explaining what was wrong, why it happened, and how to prevent it from repeating. This stuff gets expensive and yet I feel they gave us a pretty fair price. I highly recommend this company.

They helped us fix hvac issues created by a previous owner. Replaced the wrong size unit, properly insulated our attic, and cleaned ducts and second unit to address possible mold issues. They were patient and knowledgeable in answering all our questions and making sure everything was done at a high standard. Honest company with fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Tyler kept us informed of his status and expected arrival time. He quickly ruled out lack of refrigerant and mechanical issues. He quickly surmised it must be a controller issue. He set the motherboard or controller card (or something like that) and the AC then work properly. Tyler was friendly and professional.
