Most of the store fronts are occupied here and there are a couple of anchors. Food court has a bunch of options. Parking lot is weird and a bit hard to get out of if you haven't been there before. Also seems to be only one restroom in the whole mall but overall still worth the visit.

My favorite thing was how nice everyone was in the stores. Hospitality in Biloxi is taken very seriously and I always feel welcomed everywhere I go.

A curated selection of quality designer brand items. Frequent sakes with great deals, especially handbags, perfumes and eateries.. A nice selection of stylish apparel. Very friendly customer service, allows for a pleasant shopping experience.

as soon as i walked into the mall i was approached and told i had to leave because of my attire. I was wearing nike shorts and a long sleeved jacket. This was completely inappropriate and embarrassing as nothing about my outfit was “inappropriate “ but rather seemed like the security guard gets to pick and choose what goes by what the card i was handed said. I’ll never be back and neither will any of my friends or family.

The Promenade has really taken over the mall scene. They have more options for shopping and restaurants. I've gone to the mall since is was 12 when we moved down here. It was great then, but it is far from the same. More updates and new stores, it may help. FYI, please add a plus-size store. We need one!

I didn't realize how big this mall is. I've been coming to Biloxi for 40 years. I've only now gone inside. I love it. Not old enough to fit in with the mall walkers. But I love walking the mall

Hi, I'm using my husbands account for this review, my name is Sheela Bowman, and I must address and speak of the absolutely TERRIBLE management that this mall has! There isn't a single good thing I can say about it. The manager herself was very rude and mean, and called me a Karen, it hurt me and my little son Jeremy's feelings. I will now seek therapy for the rest of my life, and maybe after several hundred thousand dollars of debt from my therapy I'll be able to emotionally recover. But I'll never forget... Not really. Maybe I'll heal someday, somehow, but the scars will always be there. Always.... But yeah anyways the management here stinks, screw you Edgewater Mall manager!
