Was in a pinch and needed some extra luggage. Eddie Bauer is a long time favorite outfitter of mine. I can always depend on Eddie Bauer products for quality, performance, style, and value. Found this location to have a wider selection and was larger than many other Eddie Bauer stores back in the lower states. Was able to find exactly what I needed.

If you love the great outdoors, you'll have to check out Eddie Bauer! I went in the other day to get my wife a pair of pants. All the employees were very kind and helpful! Plus, the trail tight capris were amazing! She absolutely loves them. I would wager to say better than Lululemon based on her reaction! The fit was perfect! The next best thing about Eddie B. is that their prices are very reasonable for an outdoor store!

I usually order things from columbia, llbean, northface, and decided to buy a Jacket on eddie bauer. firstly I waited 3 weeks the package from them, then I wanted to make a return to buy a different size. I tried to print the label online, for some reason it didn’t print, I called the custom service several times, each time the assistant with poor English said that he sent me the label by email, and of course I didn’t receive anything. In general, it’s sad what the company has become...

I just got some things from here and this guy Marc he knew everything about the discounts and the product and where everything was. I didn’t know what to get my dad for Father’s Day and he helped me pick out a style and everything. Thank you Marc!!!!

Employees were smug and snobby. They only offered service to one customer in the store and another at checkout. I wasted time looking around the store for something they didn't have. They spent more time talking about a message from mall security regarding a shoplifter in the mall than doing the one thing that best prevents shoplifters... providing quality customer service. I decided not to purchase the couple items that I was interested in because they were not what I was originally looking for and I decided I would make use of my money elsewhere.

Got some pretty awesome threads for a great price. We came close to Christmas and found the whole store on a half off sale. I got some really nice Henley shirts and other sweaters. I will definitely come back. I have been loving these shirts especially the Henley’s. Very good quality and they seem to be standing the test to time and wear.

I recommend this store to everyone that cares to listen. Their first ascent line is very excellent and hold up well in my line of work (construction) - far better than the other popular "tough" clothing lines. Lifetime guarantee on everything and they have sales all the time. I highly recommend trying it out.
