You will not find a better experience when purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone is very helpful and super friendly. Most other dealerships I’ve heard the stories of people being haggled into buying extra packages, and I had the exact opposite experience. This definitely made my decision to buy from echelon ford even easier. Chris Cole is an excellent salesman and would recommend him to anyone who goes there.

I enjoyed speaking with Joe Hazalski (Sales Manager) prior to coming into the dealership. Joe helped me get into the truck I wanted. Upon arrival at the dealership I was met by Chris Cole (Salesman) who went above and beyond with showing me all the features on my truck. I had an excellent experience working with Kyle at Echelon Ford! We arrived at the dealership a little later in the day, but Kyle made sure to greet us right away and asked if we had a specific vehicle in mind. He took us directly to the Ford Explorer we had been looking at online and promptly set us up for a test drive.

Having never owned or driven a Ford before, I really appreciated Kyle’s in-depth knowledge of the vehicles. He answered all our questions with confidence and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. This dealership was very straight forward and let me know if they could do CapitalOne financing. Rob the preowned sales rep was very nice and informative throughout the whole process. He listened to my concerns and was not pushy. He even took time after the deal was sealed to go over all the safety features and get my cell phone hooked up to the truck. I had an excellent first time purchase from this dealership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for Ford.
