We purchased 3 bettas, all.died within the 14 day return however we purchased angel fish months ago, they are all still with us. Not so great customer service in the front, had to get a refund and the cashier made me go get my husbands cc we paid with CASH. She was new, and untrained and after 3 attempts finally got someone else to
Fo the return. Then the person said , im going to give u cash back because your getting mad talking about me then ppl in line were getting mad because they were having to wait. I was trying to get the refund and get out,but it wasn't happening fast enough for impatient ppl, who began to get loud. Twice I went and retrieved the cc only to find out cashier should have been giving cash back she got flustered obviously new, ppl behind me made it worse for her. I haven't been back there.

Every time I have went in here all of their employees have been ready to help. I do like they do food drives for animals at the check out.

I was headed to the shoe station yesterday, which is located in the Eastern shore plaza.
This is a really nice shopping center, not necessarily a mall, rather, all of the stores have exterior doors.
There is a nice mix of retail, restaurants, adventure and gaming
The plaza also has a movie theater.
As it turns out in the center of the plaza, they had a small gathering of vendors, selling their wares in an outdoor shopping area.
Kudos to the plaza operators as it has easy parking, is clean, and devoid of litter.

Usually friendly people and the store is usually pretty clean. I wish they had more animals. My kids love looking at all the animals everytime we go in. They have a wide variety of stuff to choose from. The fish don't look too great. Lots of dead ones the last time we went in
