We would like to thank Senior Sales Agent Derek DeBoer and the DVC Resale Market Team for a wonderful experience purchasing our 1st DVC resale contract. All of our questions about the resale process were answered promptly and professionally. We are huge fans of the DVC Fan YouTube channel and we knew we would be in good hands going with Derek and the team. It was such an easy process and the communication every step of the way was spot on. Never once did we feel like we didn't know where we were at in the process. Andy is very responsive and professional in his Disney - Toy Story way. I was very happy we chose him to manage our closing. I will say overall, its very “casual” in terms of sending money to people you’ve never met between Andy at DVC Resale and Pedro at Magic Vacation title for intangible property so it was a little difficult for me to get comfortable with that. I don’t recommend mailing a cashiers check for closing though as the package is not properly insured for a cashiers check (only $200) and I did my own due diligence to ensure the wire instructions were in fact correct. That’s not a reflection on Andy though.
