I had an amazing experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Liz who made my visit unforgettable. She took the time to recommend the perfect drink based on my preferences, and it was absolutely delicious! Nice big drive thru and the person taking my order was very friendly. The guy at the window was rude. Ordered shakes and was really disappointed. I haven’t had Dutch bros before but it’s kinda gross. The shake mix is thin, icy, and watery. All of the flavors are just Torani syrups which made it all so sickeningly sweet. Two stars only because this place is an absolute must if you’re having a diabetic episode

When asking for a drink recommendation, I was given a Mexican chocolate with soft top and it became my new favorite! They are so friendly and kind. Definitely will be coming back to this location more frequently!

The drinks themselves are delicious. The service is excellent. Any time I’ve had a question or problem they seem more than happy to help. My only issues are with the full menu is only available online/app, the wait (but that’s to be expected anywhere in town) and the two lanes can be confusing especially if they don’t have someone outside taking orders when you pull up. Other customers seem to get upset especially if they aren’t familiar with the place. So if you “get cut off” by another customer or feel like “they skipped me” if you pay with card or app they’ll often bring your drink to you before you even get to the window. Which is kind of a shame because they’re always so friendly which really brightens my day sometimes.

I got a little treat today. When I went to pick up my drink, the young lady at the window said here's a little extra from making the coffee, she said that she wanted to make sure that I got all of my 3 extra shots. Never happens to me.

Staffs are friendly! They also gave us free stickers. Ordered chocolate crunch freeze and it wasn't on the menu but they still made it for us! Highly recommended this place! They're heavenly amazing!!!!! 5++++++
