I bought my son and my husband and myself Duluth Trading Company flannel shirts for Christmas this year. My son and my husband, the free swingin relaxed fit and myself, the insulated flannel shirt. We traveled out of town for 2 weeks, taking them with and found them so comfortable we wore nothing but the entire time. The plaid color combinations are really beautiful. The material weight is better and a nicer grade than any flannel shirts we have ever had. The comfort is remarkable and they have different cuts/fits. The material moves with you, not against you. They wash up and dry perfectly, not shrinking or drawing up shorter!
I received an email advertising an after Christmas sale and picked up 4 more flannels! We love them!!!

Recent purchases with disappointing quality. I’ve purchased a lot of men’s underwear (boxer briefs and tank tops) in the past and typically been pretty satisfied, but my most recent purchases (maybe 9-12) months ago were very disappointing.
Consistent problems with the waist band - 1 pair where the band became puckered, 2 pair where the band became so loose I would need a belt to wear them! Surprised because in the past the quality was good - I mainly relied on Duluth for cooling and moisture wicking underwear that could be hand washed while traveling and air dry overnight. Not sure if this was just an unlucky purchase or part of a bigger trend, but I am trying the Pair of Thieves line available at Target. They are much less expensive and appear to be equivalent in quality to the product I had the issues with from Duluth.

My old shirts and pants have been better than current orders. I took this up with Rachel in Customer Service and she handled my return efficiently. Important to know, the rating at the end of phone calls has not worked for me twice. The one for satisfaction would not register.

It was pretty neat visiting the Duluth store. They have a lot of displays & great sales. We drove 3 hours for their '40% off everything in store sale'. It was worth it. One of my favorite companies.

On December 1, I placed an online order of a shirt, 6 bars of soap, 3 knuckle creams and 4 containers of hand cream. The package arrived on December 5 or 6. Almost everything in the package was damaged. I can't imagine why plastic containers and lightweight boxes would be shipped in a plastic bag. The 16 ounce container of hand cream had a large crack...enough to get all over the shirt. Before the shirt was covered in hand cream, it appeared as though someone had worn the shirt. Then decided to roll it up and stick it in the plastic shipping bag. There were no tags on it. Two of the three 4 ounce hand containers came open during shipping..the was flannel on the cream from the shirt. I received only two of three knuckle creams I ordered. The "best" part were the boxes of soap. After being shipped unprotected in the plastic bag, the boxes were banged up and looked like a rat tried to chew in them.
Now, let me move on to the return process. I went to my local Duluth Trading store in Jacksonville, Florida. The first employee that helped me commented on what a waste returning the boxes of soap was. "It's not like you use the box to wash yourself." I ignored that stupid comment. Over an hour later, my return was completed. Kind of. The store was able to switch out the hand creams for undamaged and unopened ones. I received the missing knuckle cream. There were no other soaps available. So my friends get to receive banged up boxes of soap for Christmas. There were no other shirts available like the one I ordered and my husband had already worn it with the lotion on it. I didn't feel as though I could return it.
This is my first experience with Duluth Trading. This company needs help on shipping, customer service and time efficiency. Not sure I'll be doing any business with Duluth Trading again. The company had one chance to make a good first impression. Duluth Trading blew it.
Update....I sent this same review to Duluth Trading Co. shortly after this experience. I received a reply from Duluth that I would be contacted if customer service felt it was necessary. I'm still waiting.

This is one of my besties favorite brands and I was so excited to see we had a WHOLE STORE near us! So we checked them out for the first time today. The store was super clean and fun. Lots of things for the woodsy, outdoor, active, sporty person! Bathrooms were also very clean. Definitely can't wait to bring my friend here!

Loved the layout and the feel. The employees were extremely knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Ari was able to make sure I found all the items I wanted.

Hopefully a store will go in closer to Tampa at some point! (Hint Hint)

Was able to try stuff on that I wanted to, The cargo pants are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. But you can probably find better prices online. And the checkout is kind of confusing.
