Just arrived in Kenob and realized we needed water shoes to hike the narrows! Took a run into Dukes at 9:30 PM before they closed at 10 PM to see if they had anything that could work. To my surprise, the quite large, neat and orderly. There is a wide variety of outdoor activity items.

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful! One employee - bummed I didn’t get her name- was even willing to help me with sizing of a family member who was not with me by trying on some shoes so that I could see how they fit ? - thank you so much for that!

During checkout, Rebecca was wonderful to have help me. Very knowledgeable about the area and answered all the questions that I had!

Shout out to the two wonderful employees that when most would be in a hurry to punch out and go home, we’re willing to treat me as though they were just beginning their shift and had all day for me?

We had soaked shoes from a previous hike. So we came in to look for new shoes or hiking boots for our 4 boys ages 6-14. (We were visiting from Colorado). They had great prices for hiking boots. I was shocked at how big the store was and how many options they had. The owner was so nice and helped us look for sizes and helped us find good prices. We got a 10% off for our first order since it was our first time in. She gave the kids candy and stickers. Such great customer service. I’d highly recommend them!

My family and I went into Dukes to find my daughter some hiking shoes. Asked the cashier if they had her size in a specific shoe and they said “yes!” But we just got a load in. They started going through all the cases of stock they just received and was able to find her size. Great customer service and didn’t act like they were bothered by shuffling through all their load they just got.

We are visiting from a small town in Colorado and we didn’t end up buying anything but when we came in we couldn’t stop talking about how friendly and helpful the staff were. They really made us feel so welcomed and they had some really great sales on trial running shoes and vans! I got one of my pairs from REI for double the price they had here. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for shoes or clothes!

This little gem came through in the clutch when my family needed hiking boots. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who helped me, but she was so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get more items for your adventures around town.
