Duke City Auto worked with me and my wife during a time of urgency and emergency. I wouldn't go to any other auto dealer from this point on.. especially in the Gallup area because Gregg Chee and his crew were miracle makers for me and my wife. Highly recommend Duke City Auto. Great customer service. A good selection of vehicle. Overall I'm a satisfied customer!!

Great customer service. I was able to test drive a number of vehicles I was interested in. Being able to test drive each vehicle really helped me decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. No pressure sale, easy financing and quick service. Im thankful for this dealership. The staff was welcoming and made the vehicle purchase simple and easy.

Duke City Auto really delivered for me. I shopped for a used vehicle but in good condition and went all over Albuquerque and all they wanted was money and more money. So I went to Duke City Auto and sold me a very nice vehicle with no problem. They were honest and upfront with me. I would recommend them.

Duke city auto gallup has awesome customer service. Went in looking for a ride, they helped me out, got me in the ride I wanted very satisfied. Wold recommend to anyone who's looking for a ride. They have really nice rides. Will do business with them again.

I would give a no star if it was possible. Duke Auto is no good!!!! I thought I'd give them a try with buying a vehicle. Everything went well, we got a vehicle. A week later the vehicle was giving us problems, decided to call them and they said to bring it in for inspection which they said they didn't do before it went off the lot. We took it back and they changed the WHOLE story around now saying it needs to be re-inspected. Minutes later told us that we weren't qualified and they need the vehicle back. They literally pushed us out the door with their words. To make matters worst we have a 9mth baby and they pushed us out the door taking the vehicle back forcefully and us on foot (we only brought the vehicle back because they said inspection was needed) I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Please go somewhere else.

My husband and I traveled 1800 miles by plane to get a vehicle from Duke auto, the salesman assured me the vehicle was tip top shape to make the 1800 mile ride back,he replaced the tires,the wipers,he gave that car full service, it ran like a beast the whole way home, I am very happy with the whole transaction, very kind an courteous people right down to the mechanic. I will be checking out the website again just to see if anything catches my eye,#2013chevycamarossconvertable❤

Awful customer service!!! Went to store and got a few items from a team for fathers day, went to just exchange 1 item didn't ask for money back, and guy their was irate because he said it was coming out of his pocket. I asked why it would come out of his pocket if its just an exchange tag still on, well he gave me another and was still pissed off, as I was walking out the store, I said that was terrible customer service, he approached me and yanked from my hand, and only gave me the item I originally took in because I said I would call the police in....never again will I go into this gas station, don't give these people the business or time of day.
