All staff is very friendly, they communicate with you and get the job done quickly but efficiently. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any modifications done to their vehicles.

Found this place and got a quote to wrap the door jambs and roof panel on my car. Preston quoted me on the high side, which I was ok with. I am not afraid to pay for quality work. The reviews looked good online too. (realizing now that they were all probably fake or written by friends)

Once I dropped the car off, he ghosted me and would not return texts, phone calls or anything. Numerous missed deadlines etc. They had the car over 2 weeks.

To put it in perspective, the typical wrap of an entire vehicle takes up to 2 weeks.

I got the car back and the work was awful, botched up pieces, hand cut patches, jagged edges around everything, exposed lines and crooked freehand type cuts. Oh, and the fenders were misaligned, the doors out of adjustment and chipped up too. Roof panel had a weird smudge on it and trim was cut too short at the edges. Nothing was cut properly and Preston had every excuse under the sun as to why. He agreed to take it back and after the second re-wrap, he delivered it back to me just as bad as the first. Again, he ghosts me and hides and never did anything to correct such poor workmanship to the door jambs and the roof panel.

Currently, Preston is no longer there and Daniel is the mgr/owner. I was told he was trying to make things right for prior customers who got ripped off by Preston. I was relieved to hear that, so I contacted the shop and set an appointment to bring the car in and show him how bad it was. I got there at 4:30pm as set, and Daniel was not there. The shop attempted to call him and no answer. I waited 45 minutes and he never showed up, called or anything.

No big deal, not happy about it, but I understand things come up.

So I just left my phone number and requested that Daniel just call or text me and that I was only looking to have a conversation about what, if any options we could work out and if unable to do anything, then at least we could have a talk about it.

I was not interested in getting reimbursed in full or anything like that. I am a reasonable person and just wanted to talk about what could be done to rectify the two terrible experiences I had with the company.

Again, just like Preston, Daniel has ghosted me and I have had no contact with him at all.

Nothing

Imagine being a mgr/owner, knowing that you missed an appointment and not even caring enough to at least call the person or even send a text to address what happened.

Do yourself a favor and get a wrap done by true professionals and people with tangible business skills including communication.

I learned my lesson on not doing deeper research.

Absolutely thrilled with not only the workmanship but the customer service! This business is a local, small town, hardworking establishment. From start to finish, they keep the customer in mind. With the current economy we live in, driven creations refuses to inflate and raise their prices just because other companies around them are. Fair is an understatement. I can’t stress enough how personable everyone is. The owner Preston went above and beyond during the tint installation for my car. This place backs their work and stand behind their products even if it were to mean they lose money. I can’t recommend them enough for all your audio, tint and custom vehicle needs!

These guys do amazing work. I had Dawson Ceramic coat my 2017 Ford Focus, it now has a MIRROR finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their vehicle to stand out above the rest.
