We love downtown Gilbert. The food options are incredible and the atmosphere makes for a memorable experience. The Gilbert water tower lit up at night is a must see.

This is a great place to bring a toddler. The splash pad water is nice and cool and the area was really clean. They have a farmers market on Saturdays, and there's tons of restaurants nearby as well

Definitely a cool and interesting piece of Gilbert history.
If you are in downtown gilbert, it is definitely worth walking over here and photographing the water tower.

There are a ton of shops down there. However a few restaurants are leaving. Not sure if that's a bad sign or what. Area is very clean. Went on a Saturday morning and the cleaning crews were busy.

Love love love this location day or night! Farmers markets in the weekends, splash pad for the kiddos and right in the heart of downtown gilbert!

My review is about the Water Tower's splash pad. It wasn't turned on the summer of 2021 but it is finally back on and we went for the first time with the water spouting. My daughter has a good time. We walked to Topo's for lunch and went back to the splash pad to eat. It's a good time. Not 5 stars because when it comes to splash pads, this one is pretty basic.
