I have been wanting to try a salt cave for a few years. Had heard rave reviews about Salty Zen. Was finally set to go last year, when pandemic hit weeks before. Finally went about 2 months ago, and wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. So worth the wait. Dolores, the owner, was also amazing. The moment we walked in, we could already feel the zen and started to relax. My friend had been to another salt cave, and said this one was different that she felt more energy here, more relaxed and more of a connection. Both of us cannot wait to return. I highly recommend the Salty Zen

Highly recommend Salty Zen! Walked in tense and walked out so relaxed! The owner Dolores was wonderful and very patient in her explanation of everything! Her assistant, Nicole was wonderful and very helpful! Definitely going back!

I loved this place. I originally didn’t want to go but my mother forced me to go with her, and we plan on going back again! It was such a great place, and the salt room really does wonders. We just called and made an appointment with no issues at all! Great customer service, great place, great people. Will definitely be going back

I've tried multiple times trying to order 10 rainbow moonstones $.99 each & a 3 bundles of paleo santo sticks ,I leave a message for Dolores she never contacts me or my wife back.Especially, when she needs to find a price for these items altogether? Months, still no response from her.Quite disappointed I couldn't purchase what I knew my wife would have loved for her birthday in February that just passed
.No phone call, no email returns,Face Book Messenger now has a breach so she will only contact the store via cellphone only,Hopefully Dolores Rilho answers this soon.Namaste.

Love this store but wish they sold more meditation herbs & cleansing baskets with tons of paleo santo sticks in it.I would like to ask Dolores if she can kindly make me one?Left message, she never got back to me since yesterday.I need it before Xmas

Purchased 3 sessions online, says you must book appt in advance. Tried calling more than once with no answer. Although there is a voicemail, I have a tight schedule and to wait for a business to call me back I’ll be playing phone tag forever. Very disappointed with customer service already.
