This review is for the eyes of Amazon Flex Management and Flex Driver Support Team:

I'm a Flex Driver and I have strong reasons to believe that the DJE2 staff is running some kind of scam and are stealing the packages using a simple modus-operandi.

They make the drivers scan pickup sheets with exaggerated number of packages and because no driver counts the actual number of packages that they pick up, they end up with missing packages at the end of their shift. Then they call up the customer support, which marks the packages as missing and the driver gets the blame for not delivering all the packages. All the while, the packages probably end up somewhere else in collusion with the DJE2 staff.

Please investigate the staff and missing packages issue at DJE2 station and save the drivers from getting the blame.

Moreover, please train the DJE2 staff to be more courteous towards the drivers and tell them to help the drivers and to resolve the issue of missing packages while they are still at the Flex station.

I just want to give a shout out to the amazing amazon delivery driver that delivered my 100 lb. safe this morning around 8:45am in Maple Shade. Carried it up 3 flights of narrow stairs, and was very professional about it. Whoever you are, THANK YOU !!!! I called several times to try to somehow get you a tip, but every person I spoke to said that it wasn't possible. If by any chance you read this, PLEASE come back and get the tip that I intended to give you this morning.
