Worst customer service ever, dish Rep works outside the US, and when I asked why Bill was 30% higher, they stated the equipment rental fee , due to my contract being at end , these fraudulent practices, as I was advised by Rep in June of 2024 no additional costs to upgrade package, they perform predatory billing practices, IM CONTACTING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION, the billing depth location has changed from Pasadena CA to somewhere in ILLINOIS this company is riding a very fine line on thin ice. I hope the trade commission will look into this fraudulent company
