Made an apt for tire rotation/balance, & inspection. I arrived 10 mins before, was helped by Justin. Justin inspected my tires, explained honestly how much tread I had left by showing me on the tread board, and quoted me a fair wait time. The team exceeded my wait time expectations and I was out of there within 25 mins! First time coming to Lemon Grove location. It was great service! Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

First of all , what’s with their tire replacement certificates I’ve purchased tires many times from Costco and never had any issues with getting them replaced or fixed when needed. But for some reason DISCOUNT Expects you to pay around $100-$180 EXTRA for certificates to protect your purchase . EVEN WORSE- my sales rep - Charlie - ( who seemed like a nice guy) tacked this extra expense onto my bill WITHOUT MY CONSENT ( or even knowledge ). NOT cool!!!!!

The alignment tech is great! He did a quality job really fast. My truck finally drives down the road straight. They also balanced all 4 tires really fast and torqued the lug nuts to specs. Don’t waste your time going to other local tire shops for tires or alignments. It is worth the few extra bucks to have the guys at Discount Tire Lemon Grove do a quality job the first time.

I did a walk in and David helped me out. I was worried I was gonna be waiting long, since I didn’t have an appointment, but I got there right when it opened and was helped so quickly.

I had a nail in my tire and David was able to assess all my tires and their tread life. He was very knowledgeable and so was one of the guys who let me know about the alignment of my tires and their current situation. I only had to wait 30-35 mins for the service.

I had to purchase two tires for the front and David took the time to show me the different tires for my vehicle and compare them side by side and their pricing too.

I didn’t feel pressured or duped into buying the new tires because it was time to, and better to be safe than sorry on the road nowadays.

I would definitely recommend this location.

Recently I was at this location & I felt truly cared for by every person I engaged with. It started out back with David at the air check station then with David at the counter inside. Both were so personable & provided superb costumer service! As I waited for my car, another gentleman greeted me & made sure I was being helped properly.

As my service wrapped up & I stood in line to check out, I could hear the guys in the shop & got a feel for the camaraderie they share. I wondered if it’s a great place to work! As I stood there waiting patiently while a couple of customer service phone calls were handled, I could tell one guy was not on a pleasant call (he was handling his side of the conversation extremely patiently & professionally). After being helped again by David at the counter, I was headed out & felt compelled to let the guy in charge know about my awesome experience! It turns out that guy was Charlie who was the unnamed gentleman in my first paragraph AND the guy dealing with a challenging customer on the phone. I told him how great his guys are & commented that whoever does the hiring & training at that place really know what they’re doing! I’ve been going to this location for upwards of 15 years & it’s always been great! Definitely go see them & let them take care of you!

Always great to come by to get your tire needs looked at. Make sure to get there early if you need your tires filled up. The line can go into the street.
