Bought a ryobi lawn mower less than a year ago and the battery is defective. Called service center to repair the battery. I followed their step by step process to file a claim online (website says warranty runs 3 years) and the website told me the battery was not eligible for repair. AI chatbox is useless. The equipment works great but whole process for replacing a defective part is frustrating.

The employee I dealt with was very helpful and very friendly. I had several questions and he answered then all. I felt he cared about my experience and didn't just want me to spend my money and leave. He even answered questions after the purchase. Lots of tools! Good deals to be had here as well!

Direct Tools Factory Outlet at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, AL. Lots of Ryobi tools at below MSRP. I got three Ryobi One+ tools for less than $145. It was off season so the mall was not crowded which made it even better.
