I purchased a bag that was intended to be a gift. They didn’t like it so I decided to return it immediately only to be told I can’t return the bag because it’s exotic. Yet, I wasn’t told this AT ALL prior to purchasing the item. I would have NEVER purchase something so expensive that was final sale. I feel taken advantage of. In addition to not being told that the item was not returnable, I didn’t sign any contracts stating this to be so either. Most brands let you know before the purchase and ask you to sign paperwork. most brands also let you return exotic bags. This is 100% something everyone should tell a client. I don’t want the item. I will get my money back through my bank :/ Just be cautious when your purchase from this brand.

Horrible customer service. Manager Amy Nolan had zero knowledge or explanation to our concern. My boyfriend got me a shoe that didn’t fit me, I tried on one shoe at home and we came to exchange it. The manager (Amy) told us that shoes were worn and she won’t exchange them (which they weren’t!). I’ve exchanged shoes before at Dior and never had an issue before. When we pointed at the fact that they weren’t worn - she kept repeating herself “we can’t take them”. At the very least, the manager should be competent enough to know return policy and give clear explanation.

Went in to get some coffee cups and to just look around. Denny was friendly and answered all my questions. They had a variety of Maison items available and also had most(if not all) of the book totes available. The team really took care to wrap up the cups/saucers which I was impressed with! I was thinking about not going in because of the bad reviews but thankfully my experience was great.

Sales person is liar. I made an order on Dior official website, but website did not ship with a Dior shopping bag. Because this is a Christmas gift to my friend and I just want to wrap it nicer, I went to this store and told the sales person the reason and asked if I can just get a small shopping bag. I also showed her my order confirmation. She told me they don’t have small shopping bags in the store, all shopping bags are very big. This store also sells earrings, twilly, rings. And my friend and I actually bought lady Dior handbag, Bobby handbag, twilly and earrings before from this particular store, so I know for sure they definitely have smaller shopping bags, just the mean salesperson does not want to give to me. It’s ok that she does not feel Dior is a global brand or does not feel she needs to serve Dior customer who does not buy from her since she did not make the commission, but No Need to Lie OK? Will never spend a penny in this store in the future.

I had a great experience here on two different occasions. I first came in to look at their large book totes and was helped by Gabrielle - she was so kind and welcoming. I didn’t buy the tote the first day but decided to return the next day and purchase the beautiful tote after all. I believe it was a Manager that gift wrapped my tote soooo wonderfully and with so much care - I’m really picky about presentation so I super appreciate my purchase being presented to me in such a beautiful way.

Dior is the best perfume I’ve ever smelled. It’s pricey, but highly recommended.
