Accessibility: there are a few disabled parking spots in front of the store but then the rest of the parking is pretty limited as this is a busy area with businesses and apartments directly next to it. There are two pull doors to enter the building but they were both propped open tonight around 8 PM. There are a few wheelchair accessible tables to use outside as well as more inside. The employees here are SUPER nice so if you need assistance, just ask and I bet they would gladly help.

Experience: as soon as I came inside the employees said "welcome" and it was very cute inside! When it was my turn to order the employees were so cheerful and happy to answer my 10 questions, not rushing me even with a line behind me. I felt very welcomed and attended to here! Wonderful experience! The drinks tasted great too! I will definitely be back.

I’ve always enjoyed getting boba from Ding Tea, but my recent experience was far from satisfactory. I placed an order for two drinks through the DoorDash app, and after receiving a text that my order was ready, I went inside to pick it up. However, I was told my drinks weren’t ready yet, which was frustrating as I had already received notification that they were.

Once the drinks were finally ready, I was handed only one and had to ask for the second one—something that should not have been overlooked. To make matters worse, when I received my Vietnamese iced coffee, it was only filled halfway. When I asked if they could fill it up, I was told that’s just how they make it, which was very disappointing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size for my drinks.

In summary:
- I was notified my order was ready when it wasn’t.
- One of the drinks was forgotten and had to be asked for.
- The Vietnamese iced coffee was filled only halfway.
- The drinks were given to me in the wrong size.

This was a really disappointing experience, and I hope these issues can be addressed to improve service in the future.

I LOVE ding tea san marcos. My usual order is the green milk tea with taro mash. Order is perfect each time.

Burrito

I ordered a mango milk tea with star gummies.
It didn't taste right at first, but I guess as the ice melted it lost that weird bitter flavor.
I enjoyed it after that.
The medium size is actually very small.

Amazing quality tea! Got about 6 drinks from here (matcha snow, Hokkaido and signature milk tea) and everyone loved them. Will come back!

This place is so good. I wouldn't necessarily hang to work or study, but the drinks are the best. My favorite is the monster boba latte. It's an iced latte worth boba, then they drizzle brown sugar molasses down the sides. The windows are a bummer, you can hardly see out of them, but I'm a window cleaner so i notice these things.

They have various kinds of tea. Signature tea is my personal favorite. Nice place to hangout with friends. The little plants on each table add to its pleasant ambience.

Not very welcoming. They are limited stock with their supplies. Literally I tried ordering a couple of alternative for my drink and one by one they did not have it.

If you are particular with your drink i suggest go somewhere else saves you time and gas. Don’t settle for whatever options they just have left. This is not the first time they keep running of supplies and add-ons for the drinks. I tried giving it a chance sorry it just wasn’t it for me 😭
