Diane & Company has been my go-to for gowns for the past 15 years, and I was beyond lucky to have them design my wedding gown! Every time I come back, they never hesitate to give me exactly what I want—within my budget. The staff is so friendly, and the owners are truly amazing. Shopping here feels like going dress shopping with all your girlfriends—the atmosphere is fun, supportive, and full of positive energy.

Even though I only visit once a year, they always remember personal details about me and take the time to ask how everything is going—that extra touch means so much. I would get married 20 times over just to have them design my gown again! I can’t wait to continue having them create my gowns for many more special occasions to come. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by the sweetest staff making us feel so welcomed! The store is absolutely beautiful! They wasted no time setting our daughter up with such a sweet young sales assistant Sofia. Sofia immediately got right to finding out what type of style and color dresses our daughter was interested in. Nothing was rushed at all! The sales staff was also so completely honest and friendly throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend Diane & Company and we will definitely be back for future dresses!

Absolutely Beautiful UNIQUE prom dresses! Everyone was extremely helpful. They made it a very simple and straightforward experience. My only advice is to have the dress altered elsewhere to save BIG money! We did and the outcome was perfect! So many compliments received on the dress from everyone! We will definitely shop here again! 🙂

I had an absolutely awful experience at this store, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, I was not allowed to browse the dresses myself, which was frustrating because I wanted to get a feel for what was available. Instead, the staff insisted on picking dresses for me, completely disregarding my input. I made it very clear what styles I didn’t like, yet they kept bringing me options that were the exact opposite of what I wanted.

To make matters worse, the employees were incredibly rude throughout the entire process. They made dismissive and snarky comments that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rather than helping me find a dress I loved, it felt like they were pushing their own opinions onto me and ignoring what I actually wanted. Shopping for a prom dress should be a fun and exciting experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I wouldn’t waste your time coming here—there are plenty of other stores where you’ll be treated with kindness and actually listened to.

Please do not shop here at all! Kimberley which I am guessing is the owner is a horrible rude person. I made a post on a buy, sell or trade group. I was looking for a specific dress which was sherri hill, considering I am posting in the group to also buy the dress for cheaper, the dress was $3,000. Kimberley made a comment on the post saying “Diane and Co has this dress.” I sent her a message Via Facebook Messenger, remember she reached out to me first, when I fist messaged her I wasn’t aware of her being the owner. She told me she would give me a 10% off discount (which isn’t much for a dress that costs the much) I thought her reaching out to me, I was going to get a bigger/ more or discount price on that dress. She said she gives out 10% for all her pageant girls. I told her 10% off isn’t anything, she was texting it saying it in a rude way. She than says “Thank you, have a nice day.” last thing she says. I was scrolling in instagram and saw there was a story post, she posted our conversation saying I am not “classy.” and slandering me across her social media. I than texted her on instagram and facebook messenger letting her know that it was a 14 year old guy that she was slandering (me the person who was looking for the dress) She than proceeded to block me on instagram, I sent her another message on her company account (Diane and Co) saying if she didn’t take it down with 15 minutes I will head to social media. I read the reviews and none of them are nice, the reviews were saying she only cares about her “high end clientele.” which clearly it shows. No one should support a business who slanders a 14 year old girl on there social media which has 30k followers. I know you read your reviews Kimberley, I will not stop talking about this until I get an apology that I deserve .

Amazing place!! I found a gorgeous dress a week and a half before my event. The material was spectacular. The style was magical. Hands down, if you want quality and something unique, for the right price you shop at Diana & Company!! The staff was incredible as well! The owner was freaking fabulous!! From the moment I stepped into this store, I was treated with utter disrespect. The staff refused to let me browse, shoving hideous dresses at me that I explicitly said I hated. Their snide remarks made me feel unwelcome and insulted. This was supposed to be an exciting prom dress hunt, but they ruined it with their arrogance and disregard for my preferences. Save yourself the misery and avoid this place at all costs.

I had such a disappointing experience at Diane & Company. From the moment I walked in, everything felt incredibly rushed and they were just shoving these dresses that I didn't like into my face even after I expressed what I wanted with pictures.

To make things worse, they gave me dresses that were two sizes too big, didn’t fit my body or chest area properly. It was honestly insulting and uncomfortable. When I pointed this out, they handed me a corset bra to wear under the dress—an awkward solution that didn’t help. Then, they gave me an open-back dress to try on AFTER giving me the corset bra. It made absolutely no sense and felt disorganized.

I’ve been to so many other prom dress stores, and none of them made me feel as disrespected and frustrated as this one. This should have been an exciting and memorable experience and it was the opposite, I would not recommend this dress shop.
